Ukraine's Air Force Successfully Repels Russian Drone Attacks
On the night of 7-8 January, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 64 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of decoy drones. Air defense forces shot down 41 Russian drones. The drones were launched from Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

On the night of 8-9 January, the Russians again attacked Ukraine with 70 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of decoy drones. Not a single drone reached its target, and 46 Russian drones were confirmed downed. The drones were launched from the Russian cities of Millerovo, Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

This is a clear victory for Ukraine's Air Force and a testament to their capabilities in defending their country's airspace from Russian aggression.
