Two people, including a seven-year-old boy named Archie York, have tragically lost their lives in a house explosion in Newcastle. The second victim, a man in his 30s named Jason Laws, has also been identified. A third person remains in critical condition in the hospital. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation, but it has left six flats badly affected, with at least one house completely destroyed.
