In a shocking turn of events, Puerto Rican boxer Paul Bamba has passed away just six days after being crowned WBA Gold Cruiserweight champion. He was 35. Bamba, who signed with Ne-Yo’s management company this year, had an impressive 19-3 record with 18 knockouts, 14 of which came in 2024. His last fight, which took place on Dec. 21 in New Jersey, saw him defeat Mexican fighter Rogelio Medina by knockout. The cause of his death has not been revealed.
